Having managed his own renovations, condominium conversions and resales in San Francisco, Derek also brings firsthand knowledge of the renovation and development process, from evaluating opportunities and managing costs to positioning a finished property for market.

Outside of real estate, Derek enjoys staying active with his two kids and Labradoodle, Alfie, exploring the Bay Area and finding new places to eat along the way.
